Go to the ER. If a hernia is painful then you need to go to the ER now. Im sorry i was unclear. Im wondering if this IS a hernia? Kinda hoping you guys with experience could give me some info or tips. Im laying in bed for the last 30 minutes to see if it quits hurting down there. Its gotten a little better but not much. I dont know if i tore something or if i created a hurneia. Thats me question. I know if i move or walk it gets worse.
