Dirty tampons. Get them at the truck stop.

Never had any luck with scents. Know a lot of people who say they’ve had bucks come in but I can’t say that. I’ve always tried to go in with as little scent as possible

Diesel fuel is the best deer lure ever invented.

I don't ever do scents but I cut tarsal glands off a buck last Sunday and put em out this morning...i had a spike bed down about 50yards until he caught wind of it he just stood up n slowly walked off... it could've been me but I think it was those glands...thats what I'm blaming it on anyway 😃

Don’t use them. Spooks way more than it attracts. Never needed them to kill deer anyway.

The only scent I can say for a fact I've seen a buck react to is James Valley. I have personally seen a buck come off a doe to come to the scent on a mock scrape.

^^^This. An old man told me one time when I was young that if you killed a stinky rutting buck to cut the torsal glands off and put them in a ziplock and put them in the freezer and you will kill another big buck. After 2 season of them nasty things sitting in my freezer, I didn’t kill no big buck. I threw that chit away and told that old man he was full of crap.

Can’t say that it works in Alabama (go figure). But I KNOW they work in Kentucky (again, go figure). Up there it’s just regular doe estrous.

I just fire up one of Gwyneth Paltrow’s candles.
