I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

I heard a decapitated carcass has been located Had the coyotes found it yet? I hear no coyote damage . Coyote damage is really irrelevant, I'd guess what matters is where it was found. Reason I asked was someone stated he chopped the head off like that because the coyotes had eaten him up. Seems relevant to the story if that was a statement he actually made. But of course location trumps everything else. Didn't mean to sound like an A hole , I apologize . If he told that story to law enforcement it would be VERY relevant. The linchpin is finding the carcass on property where hunting is prohibited .
