They could have easily killed someone in a ground blind. They need harsh and swift punishment!

We have one that has been caught 4 times
and he continues to only get a slap on the
wrist. He's still at it.
This is one of many reasons we need to press
for a harsher penalty when they are shooting
into private property. Maybe reckless
endangerment?

Perhaps you need a new DA and Judge. Sounds like stiffer penalties are not your answer.

If it was indeed poached, criminal justice reform is needed for all law breakers quicker harsher punishment for all criminals

Somebody needs to beat the Hell out of him, bust some bones and he'll change his ways. Here in Marshall County I know of a situation where a trespasser was coming in on TVA, cut a ATV path with a chainsaw across TVA to 2 areas of private land. TVA was notified and not much happened. One of the land owners caught him and roughed him up a bit but that didn't stop him. The other land owner caught him and beat the absolute Hell out of him, to the point of the guy barely being able to get back to his vehicle. It's been a season or 2 since then and that guy hasn't been back.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Try and go through a game warden if you can. About five years ago I ran up behind a reg cab Tacoma spotlighting some fields adjacent to our property. There had already been several reports from the neighbors and they’d notified the local law enforcement. Anyway, it was about 2 AM when I ran up on them, so I flashed my lights - they took off. It turned into a short chase, but their Tacoma must have been a 4cyl. Once they were about 300 yards from where they could turn up on the highway they stopped and got out of both sides of the truck with guns drawn. I stayed in my truck with brights on. One then asked if I wanted to get shot but it was in an eerily calm voice. I quickly realized this might have been what they were after all along and the same reasoning used to decide to go shoot deer at night was the same reasoning being used to determine whether or not they would really shoot someone. I turned the lights to dim and sat for a min. They then got back in their trucks and drove off. I’m sure some of you Jason Bourne fools would have figured out a better way to put these lowlifes in their place, but my efforts ended right there! FYI, got the tag plate, but was expired and didn’t belong to vehicle.

I’m not sure “poacher” is the right word for these sum itches

Hopefully an upside of legal baiting is that the guys in green can spend more time on catching these fockers

Nope, now they are busy checking for $15 baiting permits
