Yea I’m all for buck tags being sent to deer hunters or OTC. I just didn’t know how tags would work for does. That’s where the state could make some obscure law and difficult. I’d be okay with a zip tie holding some form of paper to the leg with all the info. I didn’t know other states allowed that. In my head, when I think of a deer tag, I think of something sent to you either in the mail or you buy OTC. Here in Louisiana the tags are printed out with the big game license. They are a plastic type tag with 2 holes in them to attach to the deer with a string or cable tie. You have to attach the appropriate (antlered or antlerless) tag with the date and parish of kill to the deer before you move it. It more of a transportation tag and better be on the deer if you get checked by GW. You then have 72 hrs to get a confirmation number for tag.
It's hard to kiss the lips at night that chews your a$$ all day long.
