there is no biological reason we can't shoot deer at night.... I believe there might be a safety reason for that one. how is it a safety issue? No more dangerous than daytime shooting....

It may be legal now but nobody I hunt with will be shooting any spotted fawns. It doesn't surprise me honestly though this State manages the deer herd like it is a pest that must be eradicated at all cost and sadly some citizens of the State seem to agree. This is exactly the point i was trying to make. EXACTLY.

Actually there is a biological reason to prohibit night hunting. Or I guess you could call it a conservation reason, but that's still biological.

Its ok to shoot does all year....a doe a day...we have plenty. its ok to extend the hunting season to like 4 months.... Its ok to bait....everyone does it Its ok to kill fawns........i
Geez, kinda seems like our state doesn't want a deer population.
Self government does not work without self discipline They are giving yall more freedoms and now everyone wants the government to get involved? Bingo. Just because it's legal doesn't mean you have to do it. Same applies to owning guns, smoking cigarettes, and eating at Applebee's.

it's no more unethical to shoot deer at night than to shoot spotted fawns. This states conservation dept has gone to hell.

Ben Lee was a full blown outlaw. I lost what little respect I had for him when during one of his seminars at the early years of the deer show, he suggested shooting deer with 7&1/2 shot if you were close enough. What a DA. He was fairly entertaining if you discount all his outlaw BS
