Right. And dairy in general is bad for us. You ever get sick with e coli and diahrea, you will learn exactly how dairy is bad for us. Our body is not designed for dairy. My wife kept warning me when i had e-coli and didnt believe her. Well her professors were right. I was eating cheese. Big mistake. Kept me sick a lot longer.
