Kickers are head cases the same as relief pitchers. I think the same pressure that Saban puts on the rest of the team, that gets them mentally prepared to play at their best, is the same pressure that breaks kickers. These guys that have been kicking at Alabama aren't scrubs no one else wants. They are kickers that are highly successful in high school. I have no other good guesses and it's become more than just a coincidence. I think it's the pressure and that pressure is exponentially higher at a school like Alabama.
