This ties in to the thread about hunting in North West PA, and I mentioned the tavern I used to frequent. Redneck as any place I've been.

The guy who used to own the tavern had a double-wide trailer out back, not side by side, but one on top of the other, with a giant rebel flag hanging over the ends. He was driving a backhoe down the road, at night, after the bar closed, drunk (allegedly), and left the road and died. THAT was a wake, buddy!!!

I did a two week externship in New Hope, Pennsylvania, and just happened to be there during the election. Trump signs everywhere in the countryside. Found a little bar called John and Peters. Felt like I was back home. Bunch of blue collar guys drinking beer and watching football. The Disco Fries were pretty awesome too.
