Well that sucks, just got busted by a 2 yr old spike. He came in at 45 yds and caught me moving; stood there for over 5 minutes before blowing and running off. He has decent main beams, about 12” on each side, very symmetrical just no points. If past incidents are indicative of the rest of this morning then I won’t be seeing anything else.

Seen one 140-150” buck and another that’d go about 115”. I bought a new piece of land to build a house on so just giving it a try. If I can somehow convince either buck to jump the high fence they’re behind then I may kill a good deer.

Garbage movement for me this morning. Exactly like last year......the light switch turns off about November 15th until mid January. Maybe one day I can own a place in a state with normal deer patterns.

Nothing a good pair of wire cutters won't fix. I kid, I kid.

These deer seem half tame tho.

On my first afternoon hunt this year. Ran one off walking in. Amazing how quiet a 4 legged deer can be running and my 2 legged self sound like a herd of pigs.
