So.... being the super nice guy that I am I helped him out. About every 4-5 weeks right before a rain, when he would leave for work, I would put out 150# of 33-0-0 on his half acre yard.
Nice! some of my dads sales crew use to do this to some of the salesman when they would catch them out of town for pure meanness.
Would also plant turnips in their yard in the fall as well.
