Sow rygrass in their front yard that spells ASSHOLES in big letters. Then file a complaint with the HOA about vulgar lawn displays. Ding,ding,ding now we're talking It's easy to spell out whatever you want to say with a backpack sprayer and concentrated roundup, eraser, or whatever your choice of chemical cocktail may be. Just saying... He may enjoy having a few sprigs of Kudzu or Privet started along the edge of his yard also. Or you could just start rumors that he's a registered sex offender.
