I know one thing, he’s made it pretty clear that he’s guilty to the point of being arrogant about it. Calling into the radio shows, posting on Facebook, etc.
He’s really not leaving the judge any other choice but to throw the book at him.
My thoughts also, if you're going to do something like that at least stay quiet until after it all shakes out. If he gets a felony that'll prevent him from voting, owning guns and other things many enjoy.
