Wouldn’t need nothin but a gallows or a wooden stump if I had my way.

I pulled this guys record. He has a ton of charges. But, it looks like his only convictions are 2 drug cases. All the other charges have either been dismissed, no billed by the grand jury (including an attempted capital murder) or are still pending. He has a pending attempted murder, kidnapping and 2 attempted robberies from this year. I don’t see how he was out on bond when he is accused of committing those crimes while out on bond for other charges. His bond should have been revoked when he picked up new charges. DA’s office in Montgomery dropped the ball on that. How they didn’t file to have his bonds on the earlier cases is beyond me. Are you saying he was out on bond for the 2 drug charges when he was arrested on the pending charges?? You said he was convicted of the drug charges. On bond pending appeal?? Pending sentencing??

An employee who lives down there said LEO's were looking for her in those woods around Shorter on the gravel pit side of 85 the other day. Bless that family.

No, he plead guilty to the drug charges in 2015. His probation for then has been for a couple of years. I looked further, he was not on bond for any crime when he was charged this year with: Poss of Marijuana Attempted murder Kidnapping x2 Robbery x2 He was released on bond in those cases in February. They all arise out of the same event where he and some other guys are accused of holding two people against their will, beat them and robbed them.

Ibraheem Yazeed. The name alone tells me how to cure his illness. Somehow, not surprised. I actually predicted one out of the woodworks. sink a splitting maul in his head and be done with him.

IF this guy is guilty of what he has been accused of before and this, tonight he is probably one of the most dangerous men in the US. I don't believe he will be taken without a fight. Hopefully LE will catch him with his guard down.
It's infuriating and frustrating but we are better than Nancy Grace. We really don't know any details yet. Let it play out but he's still innocent until proven guilty. My opinion on him being out on bond for previous charges wont be popular. How long are we willing to keep an innocent man locked up. Long enough to lose his job? His family? His house? And then he told not guilty. BUT THERE IS A SOLUTION! This guy for example on those first charges should have been tried and convicted or set free within 2 weeks. As much as it pains me to say this, but this is an individual best taken in alive given the circumstances.

I can understand being wrongly accused of one violent crime, maybe two. But five?
It’s a shame he beat the odds of being a murder victim with those stats. Common sense would tell me he’d have been killed in the street over $15 wayyy before this happened.
All 5 of the charges were from the same incident.

All 5 of the charges were from the same incident. I interpret that means he tried to kidnap and rob two different people. Hurt one of those two people, or possibly a third victim to the point of attempted murder. If he was being framed, they sure were working hard to do it.

When he's caught he needs to be kept alive just long enough to locate the girl. He's of no use after that and needs to die real slow in a LOT of pain.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

I agree with you except for the 2 week trial issue. Right. Preparing a defense. Manpower. Court availability. Etc. But we can't keep innocent people locked up or putting criminals back on the street. We either lock them up or turn the innocent lose. The only thing I see is get them on trial ASAP!

Just saying the accusations are he and some other guys held two men beat one of them and robbed them both. All of it is suppose to have happened in one event. Certainly doesn’t sound like an innocent guy to me. But, I’ve seen worse accusations against people who turned out to be innocent.
