Congrats, Brad.
That’s awesome.

I’m down 42 since April 1. From 276 to 234. My all time high was 305 a few years back.
Doc wants me at 200.
My weight loss has slowed to just a pound here and there. But I’m not as strict as I should be. I’m eating 75-150 carbs a day, averaging 1,800 calories. I cheat a little now and again (a hash brown at Huddle House after Friday night football). But sugar, bread, pasta, potatoes are pretty much out.
I’m really shocked I’m this low. If I get to 210-220, I’ll be tickled.
Had to buy a new belt this weekend. I’d drilled 3 holes in the old one and the end was nearly to my back.
I’ve also lost hair and glasses this year. People say they have to do double take to make sure it’s me.
