When we crack these open.

I took some pickled quail eggs to work with me the other day. A bunch of those Tennessee boys had never seen them, but they liked them after they tried them. It got us to talking and I said I’d make some pickled eggs, which turned into this.

This is my first go at it and I hope they are good.
