Ill continue to eat right and get moderate exercise.


People, in general, make exercising/getting "in shape" a lot more difficult than it has to be. Eat decent food, in reasonable portions, limit sugary stuff, and get regular cardio.....do that, and you'll probably be in better physical condition than a large majority of the populace.
