The main guy, who is 30 ish, is a schizophrenic and druggy. His mom bought the house to get him and her ex out her nice house a mile away. The dad and the other couple just moved in this year which is when all of this chit started.
They have no cars
It’s my grandmothers old house, some alternatives aren’t an option. Can you afford to buy the house from the lady that bought it for more than she paid? Sometimes money will talk. You would get your grandmother's house back and get rid of part of your problem.
