Face it, you are not "THE BRISKET COOK", that title belongs to JohnG. His are so tender and moist it's a crime to put any sauce on it. If you don't believe me ask James. He couldn't get enough of it either. You fellas that missed the get together missed out on some great vittles! That is all!
