Who all went today? I rode down to Uchee creek to scout with my buddy for his hunt on 10/24. Parked the truck at 8:30 and walked till 3:00, covered a total of 6.5 miles. About 1/3 of which was walking a very dry creek bed. Saw a bunch of deer, cottonmouths, and snuck up real close on a group of pigs.

I like to hunt those areas when no one else is there.

Drove by Uchee yesterday and was wondering why they had signs out. Now I know. Hope you get lucky on the hunt. There's some nice ones in the area.

Some of the stuff we found on our unit. Walked the whole creek from one side of the unit to the other and only found four potholes of water like this. If it doesn't rain a bunch between now and the 25th I know where I'll be.

I was on Uchee Saturday as well. Nice place. Unit 11. Our hunt is 1-23 thru 1-26.

I may have talked to you, I can't remember though. We were the guys on unit 5 in the tan Tacoma.

I hunted section 11 right after Christmas last year... PM me and I can let you know what we did.
