If I really wanted land and wildlife I would go into it with wildlife as my objective. That’s what I did and I’m not well off just would rather have the best hunting I can for the family. It won’t go anywhere so who cares if I break even. As long as you and your Family enjoy it that's what its about...02....  let someone else worry about the value of it.....
