ACT scores seem like they’re a lot higher than they were 20 years ago. It seems like a lot of kids these days take the ACT 4 or 5 times and takes a study course for it too. Heck, I took it the morning after my senior prom, showed up without a calculator, made a 15 on the math portion and still got a 23 😂 Back then it seems like you needed an 18 and a good GPA to get in the state schools.
I believe that 40% of my sons freshman class scored 30 or higher. That is a strong class. A 30 puts them in the 94 percentile nationally.
