I would figure a brisket sammich from Subway would be tough as old shoe leather. There is skill to cooking good brisket and I figure they don't have it.

I'd bet you are right. I'll pass on brisket from Subway. They need to work on improving the basics and leave all the other stuff alone.

Yep. Only thing i order is Chicken Teriyaki & Meatball Sub, but I've only eaten from Subway twice in the past year....

I worked at a Firehouse Subs for a long time starting in HS and into college, I still enjoy it. Subway has always been meh to me. I like the bread at Jimmy Johns, that's pretty much it.

Also, Subway was pretty much the only edible thing in the cafeteria when I worked at Disney, I got so burned out on those crappy subs.

I quit eating at Subway because the majority of them are owned by dot heads that smell like ass. Same with the damn hotels. But the cleanest one in the state in my opinion is in Jackson Alabama. Haven’t stopped in a year or so though.

Subway has good chopped salads. I’ll give em that. In town creek AL ain’t many choices

Subway makes a sub that makes a turd just like any other sub company. It's bread,meat, and salad toppings just like all the rest. Geesh.

That is only because it is one of the few places where you can get a salad, other than a salad bar, and have on it exactly what you want.



But there is a big difference from mouth to ass between Subway and Firehouse. A lot different going in. The only similarity is coming out.

Favorite place for sub is lacey’s In carbon hill. I had rather have subway over jimmy Johns. I order jimmy johns twice. Both times was a single layer of thin meat and bread.

Of course I can't let this topic get by without mentioning a Momma's Love from Momma Goldbergs. The Camel Rider is pretty good too if the PC police haven't made them call it something else.
