The bigger question, since there's not supposed to be any kind of record or registry of who has what, is how would the government know anyone has one and who to visit to confiscate it?
All this spouting is just Beto chest-thumping in Texas. Y'all haven't heard any other candidate be as vocal in the last week as he has. He did it and is making up stupid stories, like talking with "Republicans" at an Arkansas gun show and at a Bucee's urinal when they were whizzing about how they said he's right. He's just making up sh*t and being Eric Salwell Lite because he has nothing else.
Biden, Sanders and Warren will be the finalists, possibly Sanders number three in that list. The rest are just DNC window dressing for now.
