My understanding is the legislature, not Game/Fish, wrote the bill. Also, if the youngster does not have a gun with him, and dad does...., No violation. That is the way I understand it too. The way I read the release, it said this is what most of the legislator's constituents have wanted, and therefore the legislature voted to pass. So now F&G will support and enforce the law. ..............and gladly accept the 15 bucks a pop.
