Are any of y'all familiar with the Savage A17. I got a scope and was gonna set it up for my wife. When I put the rings on the 2 rails mounted to the top of the gun. The scope is 2 short. What do I need to to get to fix this so that I can use this scope. Can you turn the rings or mounts around so that they fit a shorter area on the tube? I just looked and I think if I spin the rails around that'll give me enough room, gonna try it in the morning, thanks for the idea
