I felt like he left "everything" to RIP and called him son, so he would go on the suicide mission on that horse to get Tate back, he figured he would get killed now that hes alive he will just get the house. IMO
But then again makes me think he left it all to RIP.

No one but RIP really wants it...
I am a little nervous about next Season, where does the storyline go from here that it already hasn't.. Next season will have something to do with Jamie’s baby. Whole season about Jamies Baby?
