Who is going to receive the money from this suit? Surely we are not going to give addicts millions of dollars are we? That does not sound like it would work. Does the money go to research or something to prevent the addictions to opoids?
The state won the lawsuit, the state gets the money. Just like the BP oil spill money. They can duke it out in the legislature to figure out how it's wasted.
