yep...got the PM...no blinky envelope but no specific notification, so you just gotta check on your own, just like the OP said Damn that sucks mine is literally working fine but never had an issue either
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

Scratch that. I had a little icon telling me new PM and my envelope is back after i checked it 🤪

If you log out. then Delete your cookies and clear your cache, then log back in the blinky envelope will be gone. Did all of that. Took about 5 minutes to figure it out and do it. Puter probably needed it anyway. Works great now. Blinky gone. YOU DA MAN!!!!
