My L5030 has the hydro transmission and I really like it. Didn’t think I would but it’s nice when working with a FEL and in the gardens. When I’m bushhogging I set the lever to the speed I want. Combines have had hydro transmissions for as long as I can remember and only have one hydrostat pump go out on any that we’ve owned.
It's hard to kiss the lips at night that chews your a$$ all day long.
