The Suggs ran over Mr. Fite's boat. Mr. Suggs was driving and Mrs. Suggs claimed she was driving because Mr. Suggs was impaired. The heavy charge on her is due to her originally claiming to be driving.

To make it worse, no nav or anchor lights were on Mr. Fite's boat which was sitting still in the dark when the crash occurred.
