Our agency is the same way. Every time I go to the office there’s new people everywhere. I have nothing against female officers but there is more and more being hired and some I’d rather have my back then some of these young guys that are scared and f their own shadows. Not many of us older guys left. In my 30 years in Law Enforcement I have only worked with one female who was worth a Damn! Then again, I worked with a lot of guys who were just as bad!
