i know in montgomery they don't release any of that information unless you are the victim, suspect, or complainant yada yada. There's too much liability tied into releasing that information I suspect. That was the reason for the last revision of the state form. All of the general info and nondescript details were kept or placed on the front page. All of the personal info and details of the crime, including the narrative were moved to the second page and the front page is the only side that is released to the public.
