I see that Bear Bryant's old 1970 houseboat is for sale in Arkansas. If the price was cheap, someone could spend a million and restore it. LinkHis old house here in Tuscaloosa sold earlier this past year for 1.3million. But its a pretty big house in a really nice neighborhood, but was still at the top of the costs of other houses there.
