The police should stop and frisk these idiots and if they have weapons arrest them immediately. And flush the Constitution down the drain? No need to stop and frisk. They are not scared of the police so they openly carry without fear of reprisal. If the cops would be set loose on them I'm sure they would be glad to stop them in their tracks but sadly the politicians are either scared of them or openly on their side so they are free to reign terror down on everyone around the without reprisal.
