Should be a federal law and enforced you can't protest , assemble , etc with your face covered. If the po-po won't do anything, those ANTIFA riots would be a place to go vigilante
There is such a law in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. It was created because of what the KKK did in the 50's and 60's.
