Of course they did, despite him clearly expressing his personal views as those who chose not to stand during the national anthem routinely do. Yet his right to his personal view is superseded by theirs. This is the problem of the left they want you to fully respect and honestly imbody their rights and point of view yet they have no respect for you to have and keep your own point of view or rights. When the parents that support him get just as militant about withdrawing their students in support of the teacher things like this will change. The whole LGBT movement is a prime example statistics range from 0.6% to 4.5% of actual population that identifies as LGBT yet all of the rest of us are expected to not only respect their viewpoint but condone and support it forgoing our own rights which is a double standard of historic proportions.
