Gut em skin em and fry whole. how do you gut a frog without cutting it clean in half? I got some Cajun inlaws that make it look easy. But you need big ol fat frogs to start with. They'll skin em, cut of the head and slice the belly then squeeze. Darn thing will be clean from nose to toes.

are these Alabama frogs in my swamp worth eating? some of them have to be 3-4 lbs. They're Selma Frogs if that makes a difference...and LOUD. Them big bull frogs are delicious when done right. You just better know how to undress them or you wont have anything worth eating. Man...you can have all you want. I'll even catch 'em and put 'em in a shoe box and mail them to you...:) poke a couple of holes in the box? should be nice and ripe when they get there in this heat.. Are they really Bull Frogs? 😆
Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!

We had some frog legs at a local restaurant 20 or so years ago that were delicious. I ask the owner if they came from the local Choctawhatchee River and she said no, they are from Bangladesh. That river swamp below Hwy 20 has some fine ones in it...

Gut em skin em and fry whole. how do you gut a frog without cutting it clean in half? Have boat gigs and lights will travel for frogs.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!
