What if: Someone set up on a hill above a Walmart parking lot with a bolt action 30-06 deer/sniper rifle?
What do you think the narrative would be then?
Honestly surprised this hasn't happened more frequently. The last time I can recall a hidden shooter getting away with it for a while were the ones in 2002 in DC, Maryland and Virginia.
I can't remember exactly what it was, but those shooters had some kind of ties to Montgomery, or they were caught in Montgomery or something like that.
