Question.. If a typical AR was shot continuously. How many rounds would it take to melt the barrel? Seems like those drums would melt a barrel prior to being emptied?
Chances are the drum will malfunction before the rifle. I'd rather have 30 round mags loaded and ready.
You can't fire a semiautomatic fast enough to melt the barrel.
