I might piss some of ya'll off, but I don't see any reason a civilian would have a need for that.
just because you (personally) don't need it does not mean it should be illegal, and the more people that say they don't "need it" then the easier it will be for it to be illegal to own.
I need it because I want it...and by law I am allowed to own it. matter of fact, I might go buy one today...because with chit like this going on the days are numbered where you can get them.
