I like potatoes, and grain. Don’t need sugar What actually matters is the glycemic scale and insulin reaction. Both those act very much like straight sugar in your body. If I wanted to reduce the harm and still eat those high glycemic foods, I would only eat them once a day at most and along with good low glycemic foods.
