We still have a cpl of openings for this coming season at Whites Bluff Hunting Club. 1100 acres on the Tombigbee River north of Coffeeville. $1250/member. Also have 4 mandatory work days or pay $50/day. Full Hook-up Camper spots available for $200/year. The camp is about five miles from the property, and has a cleaning station with two skinning racks, with running water, as well as a sign-out board. We are very kid and family friendly.
Land is a mix of mature pine plantations, as well as hardwood bottoms. The timber company is currently thinning a section of the land, and will be pushing a couple of new fields in as well. There are currently about 20 green fields with shooting houses or double man ladder stands already on property.
Members are allowed 3 bucks and a doe per membership. The deer are big, and average close to 200#! We have been managing for two years now, so we are starting to see the benefits.
