I have a hankering for a trip to Buford Highway and a food crawl, Thai and Korean for sure. No duck tongue, though.
I just did some work up there, whats up with all the crawfish restaurants? what nationality is that? Possibly Vietnamese. It's been a while since I've been on the highway looking at everything. I don't believe Chinese, Korean and Thai use crawfish as much as the Viet, though. Never have seen them on any of those menus. You sure it wasn't coonasses slid in from Louisiana whipping up mudbugs?
