Comparing the two wasn't my point. Showing that some pretty dangerous things are sometimes "legal" because they skirt certain laws was my point. And it flew right over you head.



Hemp, Cannabis has been around for hundreds of years. It's been studied extensively. The THC that is in marijuana has been shown to cause, in some cases, psychological issues, like schizophrenia, but legal CBD doesn't have THC in it. The cannabinoid properties have all been studied and I can't find anything showing negative health implications.



Correct and the only way you'd fail a drug test using CBD is if the test specifically targeted cannabinoids. This could still be problematic for some folks though.

If they are only testing for the presence of THC there is no risk due to the very small amount present in legal CBD oil.
