never price anything by the hour unless you are the one getting paid. you agree on a set amount upfront and clearly lay out expectations in writing when complete you sign the check. anyone here thats ever ran any type of construction crew can tell you hourly employees are clock milkers. pay by production workers will bust their tail. no professional should ever give an hourly rate for something they do regularly they should know enough about their job and what its gonna take to give a set price. How many pieces of heavy equipment do you own?
