what genius thought it a good idea to build a city below sea level in a bowl that needs a 360° dam around it to keep water out anyway? I find it difficult to sympathize with anyone who chooses to live there just like in Katrina it comes with the territory. its kinda like the snake handler that dies of a rattlesnake bite.
