I like pickling small quarter green tomatoes, baby carrots and hot peppers together. You got a recipe? Pickering spice, vinagar water. 2 to 1 vinagar to water. Just simple stuff. Almost equal veggies. Little more peppers I guess. Both green and red ones. The tomatoes get pretty hot. I like that part.
