I eliminated heavy sugars, boxed foods, and white carbs (breads, potatoes). Still eating lots of fruits, vegetables, and meat. Down 12.

I've successfully cut out sugars and junk food, headaches and withdrawals are long over. About to kick in full keto mode .

Supper tonight:
Hamburger steak, grilled onions and peppers and mushrooms, ceasar salad, water.
