I know what the law SHOULD be, but I don't know what it actually is. Probably an irrational dumb law if I had to guess. I agree with this statement. But my job will require me to be on campus at times, and I want to avoid any legal entanglements. 😀 some of the guys at the office believe it is illegal to have a gun in your vehicle while on campus, but I'm not sure that is correct. They are wrong. There is no law preventing you from having a firearm in your vehicle on campus. There is no law that says you can’t conceal carry on campus. Now, these rules are different if you are a student or you are an employee. As an employee, they can’t kelp you from having one in your vehicle, but like any employer, they can say you can’t carry while at work. Students agree to not possess a firearm in the dorms by living there.
